TEHRAN -- The talks on reviving the 2015 nuclear deal resumed on Tuesday as Iran's chief negotiator Ali Bagheri Kani met with EU coordinator Enrique Mora in the Qatari capital of Doha, Iran's official news agency IRNA reported.
The nuclear negotiations will be held indirectly with the United States and facilitated by the EU, said the Iranian Foreign Ministry in an earlier statement. (Iran-Nuke Talks-Doha)

ANKARA -- Turkey and Armenia will hold the fourth round of talks on normalizing bilateral relations in the Austrian capital of Vienna on Friday, the Turkish Foreign Ministry announced Tuesday.

JERUSALEM -- Israel eased on Tuesday its travel warning for visits to Turkey's Istanbul following the Turkey-Israel cooperation in countering so-called Iran's plans to attack Israeli citizens.
The Israeli National Security Council's Counter-Terrorism Division announced in a statement that the travel warning was lowered from Level 4, the highest level possible, to Level 3, or a medium threat. (Israel-Turkey-Iran-Travel Warning)

ADEN, Yemen -- The Houthi group in Yemen on Tuesday accused the pro-government forces of engaging in dozens of aggressions against the Houthi-controlled Red Sea port city of Hodeidah.
The group's announcement, which was posted on its website, came one day after Chairman of Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council Rashad Al-Alimi accused the Houthi group of mobilizing and recruiting soldiers despite a recent truce brokered by the United Nations. (Yemen-Houthis-Truce Violations)
